At EPH, our commitment lies in eliminating barriers to enhance access and utilization of nutrition services, particularly medical nutrition therapy. We view these services as fundamental pillars of health equity, aimed at promoting equitable health outcomes for all individuals.

At ELLAD, we are committed to providing personalized, evidence-based care that emphasizes quality and accessibility. Our dedication is evident in our expansion of services across AZ, CA, CT, CO, FL, GA, MO, NV, OH, TX, and VA. This growth aligns with our mission to bridge gaps in healthcare access.

Our multispecialty clinic is dedicated to expanding our nutrition services to better meet the needs of our community. Our goal is to improve access to nutrition care that not only halts the progression of nutrition-related chronic diseases but also aims to reverse them. By prioritizing health equity, we are committed to ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to achieve optimal health through informed healthy lifestyle choices.
At EPH, we pair clients with Registered Dietitians and Nutritionists who are licensed and credentialed across multiple states. Our team of nutrition experts is committed to assisting clients in navigating their wellness journeys and supporting them in achieving their health goals.
Registered Dietitian (RD):
A Registered Dietitian (RD) is a licensed nutrition expert who must hold a master’s degree in nutrition, dietetics, or a related field, complete supervised practice, and pass a national board exam. RDs are qualified to assess, diagnose, and treat nutritional problems, provide medical nutrition therapy, and offer evidence-based dietary guidance for individuals and groups.
Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS):
A Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) is an advanced nutrition professional credentialed by the Board for Certification of Nutrition Specialists (BCNS). To earn the CNS designation, candidates must hold a master’s or doctoral degree in nutrition or a related field, complete extensive supervised practice hours, and pass a national exam. Certified Nutrition Specialists are qualified to provide personalized nutrition assessment, counseling, and evidence-based interventions for health promotion and disease management.
Our care team matches clients with dietitians by considering factors such as location, individual health goals, preferred approach to medical nutrition therapy, referring physicians, and any underlying chronic conditions. Many of our dietitians possess specialized expertise, enabling them to provide targeted support for specific health concerns and deliver the highest-quality care.
95% of our patients' visits are covered by insurance. If you have health insurance, your sessions will most likely be covered. Visit our insurance page to learn how to verify your coverage with your provider.
For clients without insurance, we remain dedicated to making registered dietitian sessions accessible and affordable. Explore our flexible self-pay options or contact our support team at support@elladpreventativehealth.com for personalized assistance.
We offer personalized, holistic nutrition services tailored to each client’s unique needs and preferences. Whether you prefer flexible recommendations and guidelines or a more structured approach with detailed meal plans and specific lifestyle goals, our team will customize your experience to align with what works best for you.
During the initial nutrition session, the provider takes time to understand the client’s preferences, health history, and unique needs. This first visit focuses on collaborating with the client to identify the most effective approach to nutrition and healthy lifestyle care. Together, the client and nutrition provider create a personalized plan and work toward achieving the client’s goals.
We recognize that unexpected situations can arise. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to respect our providers’ time and offer the appointment slot to other clients who may be waiting.
If you feel that your matched nutrition provider isn’t the right fit, we respect your preferences and are happy to connect you with another provider who better meets your needs. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities.
