Our telehealth services allow you to meet with our care team virtually from the comfort of your home. This convenient option helps you stay consistent with your health goals while still receiving high-quality, personalized care.
What Is Telehealth
Telehealth is an innovative technology used to deliver clinical care. It offers quicker access to providers and services, reducing the need to travel long distances. Patients and providers can interact in real time via telehealth services using videoconferencing equipment. The platform is user-friendly and accessible on various devices such as cell phones, laptops, and tablets
What Should I Expect After Scheduling A Telehealth Appointment?
We will verify insurance coverage and telehealth benefits. However, deductibles, copayments, and cost-sharing may apply.
We will send you the intake forms 1-2 days before your appointment. We must receive your paperwork the day before your appointment. Our providers use the information to personalize your session. Check your spam folder if you don't see the forms in your inbox.
We will call, text, and email you an appointment reminder 1-2 days before your appointment. Your telehealth appointment link is located in the text and email message.
How Do I prepare For a Telehealth Visit?
Complete all intake paperwork at least 1 day before your appointment. Check to ensure you can log on using the link emailed and texted to you 1-2 days before the appointment.
Before logging on to the appointment, ensure you are in a quiet private area before logging on to the platform. It may also be helpful to jot down questions before your appointment.

What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a $50 fee.

Check your appointment date and time in your confirmation email or text message. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Please bring the following to your visit:

- List of current medications (including doses)
- Any recent lab results or medical records
- List of questions or health goals
Before your visit, think about:
- Any changes in your health since your last visit
- Recent symptoms or concerns
- Family medical history updates
- Lifestyle changes (sleep, stress, diet, activity)
If You Are Coming In- Person
- Arrive 10–15 minutes early
- Wear comfortable clothing
- Plan for parking and check-in time
If You are Using Telehealth
- Test your device (phone/tablet/laptop)
- Make sure your camera and microphone work
- Choose a quiet, private space
- Join the call 5–10 minutes early
