Client Centered Approach
I was inspired to become a dietitian by a genuine passion for helping others improve their health and quality of life through nutrition.
I enjoy most about working with clients to build meaningful relationships and seeing the positive changes they achieve in their wellness.
My approach to nutrition counseling is client-centered, supportive, and individualized. I take the time to understand each client’s unique needs, preferences, and goals, and I collaborate with them to develop realistic, sustainable strategies
One myth about nutrition I wish more people knew the truth about is that there’s no single “perfect” diet that works for everyone. Nutrition is highly individual—what’s healthy and effective for one person may not be right for another.
I stay motivated to live a healthy lifestyle by focusing on how good I feel when I take care of myself—both physically and mentally.
I stay motivated to live a healthy lifestyle by reminding myself of the increased energy and overall well-being I experience when taking care of myself.
My advice for someone starting their wellness journey is to take it one step at a time and focus on progress, not perfection.
